The Spine, Paddington Village

The 14-storey, 160,000 sq ft building is one of the first in the UK set to achieve a Platinum WELL Standard Certification and is a striking feature of the Paddington Village skyline. Incorporating biophilic design, it is the first grade A office building opened in the city centre for more than a decade. Pacegrade manufactured and installed an internal aluminium facade system over clad with oak.
